Google AI Photo Editing Tool Pics Launches: Edit Images with a Click in Docs and Slides
Google announced in a blog post that the AI image design and editing tool Google Pics is now officially available. Users can access it through the web version at pics.new or directly call it within Docs and Slides. It supports uploading materials for further editing, eliminating the need to start from a blank canvas, making it suitable for creating invitations, posters, and other visual content. The tool is powered by the Nano Banana image generation model, which was showcased at the May I/O Developer Conference this year.
