Researchers Launch AI Detection Study for Aggressive Prostate Cancer
Researchers at the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center at UCLA have received a five-year, $5 million grant to conduct artificial intelligence detection research for aggressive prostate cancer. Funded by the National Cancer Institute, the aim is to discover new cancer biomarkers and develop AI technologies for the detection and prediction of aggressive prostate cancer. Despite some progress in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, the disease remains a widespread issue in men's health.
