Alibaba's New Open-Source Model Qwen3.5 Exposed: May Be Released Natively with VLM During the Spring Festival
Alibaba's new generation foundation model Qwen3.5 is about to be released and has already submitted a code merge application to HuggingFace. The model uses a new hybrid attention mechanism and may natively support visual understanding. It is expected to open-source at least 2B dense models and 35B-A3B MoE models, and is expected to be officially open-sourced during the Spring Festival.
