Warner Music and Udio Reach Settlement and Sign AI Music Platform Licensing Agreement
Warner Music Group has reached a copyright litigation settlement with the AI music platform Udio and signed a cooperation agreement, planning to launch an AI music creation subscription platform in 2026. The new platform will be trained on licensed music, allowing users to remix, cover, and create original music using the voices and works of signed artists. All participants will be credited and compensated. This is the second major record label to reach an agreement with Udio, following Universal Music.
