More than half of the core team has left: xAI co-founder Wu Yu Huai resigns on the eve of IPO, a major upheaval in the talent landscape
Co-founder of xAI, Wu Yu Huai, announced his resignation, saying he will start a new chapter in his life. Although he praised the team's future prospects, this move further reveals the accelerating fragmentation of the company's core founding team. With Wu Yu Huai's departure, five out of the original 12 founders of xAI have left, with four of them leaving within the past year, involving multiple key technical positions.
