Zhihuijun's Zhiyuan Robotics Receives Increased Investment of Over 80.45 Million Yuan
Qichacha APP shows that Shanghai Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. recently increased its registered capital to over 80.45 million yuan. The legal representative has changed from Shu Yuanchun to Deng Taihua, and several senior executives have also changed. Qichacha information shows that the company was founded in February 2023, with Sangpeng (Shanghai) Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) as the major shareholder, holding over 30% of the shares. The latter is 13.79% owned by Peng Zhihui (Zhihuijun).
