According to Elon Musk's latest statement, Tesla is fully pushing forward the mass production of its humanoid robot "Optimus". Musk emphasized that he firmly believes this robot will eventually become the most important product under Tesla.
Since its initial announcement several years ago, the importance of the "Optimus" project has significantly increased over the past year, becoming a core focus for Tesla. Last October, the robot demonstrated its versatility at the "We, Robot" event, completing tasks including serving drinks, performing entertainment programs, and interacting with attendees.
However, the project has not been without challenges. Musk also acknowledged that the development of certain parts has been more difficult than expected, one of the most closely watched challenges being the design of the robot's hands. Despite the technical difficulties, Tesla remains committed to overcoming these obstacles to achieve the mass production goal of "Optimus."
