In May, Quark officially launched the brand-new "Deep Research" feature and began inviting users to experience it on a limited basis. This function is based on the Qwen large model and supports completing the entire process of research from material collection, data analysis, viewpoint extraction to report generation for complex topics such as academic subjects and industry analysis, achieving "input topic, output finished product".
Users can now apply for an invitation code through the Quark app or PC end. After activating the qualification, they can submit their needs by clicking the "Deep Research" icon on the home page. The system will automatically generate a structured report within a few minutes and support exporting as PDF, applicable to various scenarios such as scientific research investigation, market insight, professional presentation, etc.
"Deep Research" is another key upgrade after "Deep Search" in Quark's generative AI field. Unlike the latter, which mainly focuses on problem decomposition and online retrieval, the former targets open-ended topics with longer reasoning chains and more complex processing, but also delivers higher quality and more practical "finished product"-level outputs.
This attempt marks that AI is further evolving from an information retrieval tool to a content creation partner. Quark stated that it will continue to optimize the experience according to user feedback, and will also expand more scenarios and functions in the future.
