Ant International has officially launched its AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) platform, Alipay+ GenAI Cockpit, designed to provide underlying power for financial technology companies and super apps to build AI agents and AI-native financial services.

This new platform integrates automated workflows with intelligent task orchestration, covering key financial technology processes such as payment orchestration, customer guidance, compliance checks, fraud detection, dispute resolution, and performance optimization. This marks an important step in the practicality and scalability of smart agents in the financial industry.

"The future of finance will be shaped by agent artificial intelligence," said Jiangming Yang, Chief Innovation Officer at Ant International. "This AI can reliably and autonomously execute tasks in complex and regulated business scenarios and continuously learn and evolve in process orchestration."

Cockpit is built on more than 20 large language models and has completed internal trials in four core businesses of Ant International: Alipay+ wallet gateway services, merchant payment services, WorldFirst cross-border commercial accounts, global fund management, embedded financial services for digital lending and credit technology.

The platform will begin deploying for external customers in Southeast Asia and South Asia starting June 2025. The complete features include basic tasks such as security protection, automatic adaptation of bank transfers and dispute rules, code repair, and generation of merchant documents, while providing pre-set agents for customer service, precise marketing, AI-assisted programming, and other scenarios. For more complex financial needs, enterprises can customize intelligent agents to handle professional scenarios such as travel consultation, tax refund, cross-border remittance, and member incentives.
