In recent years, the entrepreneurial boom has intensified, especially under the impact of the epidemic, many people have started to re-examine their career development. In this context, Henrik Werdelin founded a startup studio called Audos, aiming to use artificial intelligence technology to help ordinary people realize their entrepreneurial dreams. His goal is to incubate 100,000 new companies each year, rather than just dozens as in the past when he worked at Prehype.

Entrepreneurship, Internet, Media

Audos is based in New York. Werdelin and his partner Nicholas Thorne hope to use AI tools to lower the barriers to entrepreneurship, allowing entrepreneurs without technical backgrounds to easily create million-dollar companies. Werdelin pointed out that many entrepreneurs may be curious about the potential of AI but don't know where to start. Audos is designed to help these "everyday entrepreneurs."

On Audos' platform, entrepreneurs can communicate with an AI agent to discuss the problems they want to solve and their target customer base. Once the system is satisfied, Audos quickly connects them with potential customers. Since the launch of the beta version, Audos has helped hundreds of startup projects take off, covering various businesses such as car repair quotes, end-of-life services, and virtual golf coaches.

Audos' business model differs from traditional startup accelerators or venture capital. The company does not take equity but instead takes a 15% revenue share from each successfully launched business. Entrepreneurs can receive up to $25,000 in funding, access to AI business development tools, and distribution support through social media.

Although this revenue-sharing model may cause entrepreneurs to lose significant income in the long run, Werdelin believes that helping "small businesses" that do not seek venture capital is a more important mission. He said, "We believe that more entrepreneurs can create real, life-changing million-dollar businesses."

Audos' current investors include True Ventures, Offline Venture, and Bungalow Capital. Werdelin's vision is to achieve economic prosperity through entrepreneurship and provide more opportunities for people who traditionally lack the capital or technical background for starting a business.
