According to a message from the official WeChat account of the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), on July 31, the CAC held talks with NVIDIA regarding the security risks associated with its H20 computing chips, particularly the **"tracking and location"** and **"remote shutdown"** technologies.

Previously, reports indicated that NVIDIA's computing chips had serious security vulnerabilities. At the same time, some U.S. lawmakers have called for advanced chips exported from the United States to be equipped with "tracking and location" features. U.S. experts in the field of artificial intelligence also revealed that NVIDIA has already matured the technology to implement "tracking and location" and "remote shutdown" in its computing chips.
