The JDDiscovery-2025 JD Global Technology Explorer Conference, themed "Enjoy AI," was recently successfully held in Beijing. One of the highlights of the conference was a demonstration by Xu Ran, Vice Chairman and CEO of JD Group, who used JD's latest released digital human assistant, "HeTaTa," to order coffee for the guests at the event, showcasing the practical application of AI in daily consumption scenarios.

In the demonstration, Xu Ran activated the nickname of "HeTaTa" - "All-Purpose Doctor" - through voice commands, and directly issued the command "Please order a cup of coffee for the friends in the venue." After just a few seconds of "thinking," "All-Purpose Doctor" immediately recommended JD's food delivery service and actively suggested three coffee options.

Subsequently, Xu Ran only needed to confirm the product category, quantity, delivery location, and notes through voice commands and operations to complete the entire payment process. This demonstration intuitively showcased the achievements of JD in deeply integrating digital human technology with instant retail, highlighting the great potential of AI assistants in improving user experience and efficiency.
