This technological upgrade has achieved a subjective experience score of 4.6 (out of 5) for Chinese-English simultaneous translation, significantly improving common issues in traditional machine translation such as "fragmentation" and "mechanical feel." The earbuds have a first-word response time of just 2 seconds, allowing users to enjoy a true "real-time synchronization" experience. Additionally, the professional vocabulary database has expanded to over 100,000 words, covering translation needs in multiple high-barrier industries such as healthcare, finance, and law.
The new AI translation earbuds are more than just a translation tool. They are equipped with a "voice cloning" feature, allowing users to use their own voice to read out the translation results by providing a single sentence of voice sample, achieving a voice similarity of up to 90%. This means that the translation effect of the earbuds will be more natural and closer to real spoken communication.
At the launch event, iFlytek also shared the latest report from IDC titled "China AI Translation Technology Evaluation, 2025," which showed that it leads the industry in multiple core indicators including AI translation speed, effectiveness, and professionalism.
iFlytek's AI translation earbuds support real-time translation in 60 languages and feature dual bone conduction and air conduction designs, making them suitable for various scenarios. The earbuds also have excellent battery life, with up to 12 hours of continuous use and a total battery life of 42 hours, meeting users' long-term needs. In addition, the earbuds integrate an AI assistant function, capable of providing services such as oral practice and information queries.
