Google has launched a new artificial intelligence tool designed to help Gmail users schedule meetings more conveniently. This new feature, called "Help Me Schedule," is based on Google's Gemini technology, which can automatically analyze users' calendar availability and present suitable meeting times to the recipient, thereby simplifying the meeting scheduling process.

This feature is designed for one-on-one meetings and does not support group or team meetings at this time. Users just need to find the "Help Me Schedule" button below the email composition interface in Gmail, and after clicking it, they will see available time slots in their calendar. If needed, users can edit these time options and then insert them into the email and send them to the other party. Once the other party selects a suitable time, the system will automatically create a meeting invitation in both calendars, saving a lot of communication time.

Compared to existing meeting assistants and automated scheduling tools on the market, Google's new feature leverages Gemini's AI technology to be more intelligent. It can recommend times based on the context of the email. For example, if the recipient mentions wanting to schedule a 30-minute meeting next week in the email, the system will automatically suggest only 30-minute time slots before the weekend. The launch of this feature marks Google's further strengthening of artificial intelligence applications within its workspace (Google Workspace).

In addition to this new feature, Google also updated another workspace feature: reminders in Google Keep will now be automatically saved to Google Tasks. This change aims to improve user productivity and make task management more convenient.

In summary, Google is committed to enhancing the convenience and efficiency of users in their daily work through the introduction of AI technology, making calendar scheduling and task management more smooth.
