Recently, the School of Philosophy at Zhejiang University and Doubao completed a cooperation agreement signing on the Zheda Zijin Campus, and unveiled the new "AI Humanities Innovation Laboratory." Professor Wang Jun, the dean of the School of Philosophy, stated that the laboratory is not simply a combination of "technology + humanities," but aims to build a new symbiotic system where "humanities lead technology, and technology nourishes humanities." Through systematic collaboration, the laboratory seeks to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities to "use humanistic thinking to master technology, and use technological methods to explain humanities."
This unveiling was not the starting point of their cooperation. Since May 2025, Doubao had already entered the classrooms of the School of Philosophy at Zhejiang University, guiding students to experience generative AI programming applications on-site, combining philosophical thinking with technical practice to create diverse programs and web projects.
In addition to Zhejiang University, Doubao has gradually entered multiple universities such as Peking University and Fudan University, working with institutions to create innovative teaching models such as AI training camps and experimental courses. A relevant representative from Doubao introduced that Doubao has become an important tool for college students to improve learning efficiency, expand expression methods, and pursue self-development. In the future, Doubao will continue to enter more universities, helping teachers and students better understand and use AI, promoting interdisciplinary educational innovation.
