Leading AI infrastructure company Wujing Xinquan announced today the completion of a nearly 500 million RMB Series A+ funding round, marking a new phase of acceleration in the era of Agentic AI. This round was jointly led by Zhuhai Science and Technology Group and **Futeng Capital (Yuanchuang Future Fund)**, with participation from Huiyuan Capital, Shangqi Capital, and Honghui Fund, as well as continued investment from existing shareholders such as Hongtai Fund, Dachen Cai Zhi, and Lenovo Innovation.

Wujing Xinquan co-founder and CEO Xia Lixue stated that the raised funds will focus on three strategic directions: First, continue to consolidate the technological leading advantage in software-hardware collaboration and heterogeneous computing; second, promote the industrialized application of AI cloud products and AI terminal solutions; most importantly, significantly increase investment in Agentic AI infrastructure research and development, building a first-rate intelligent agent service platform and supporting cloud and endpoint facilities.
Xia Lixue emphasized that the paradigm shift of Agentic AI is a mission given by the times. Wujing Xinquan has completed the transformation of the native infrastructure for intelligent agents in a timely manner. In the future, the company will take building a new generation of learnable and evolving Agentic Infra as its strategic core, focusing on "Producing Agents, Collaborating with Agents, and Serving with Agents (Into Agent, With Agent, For Agent)", aiming to achieve deep breakthroughs in optimizing and building the AI infrastructure ecosystem, accelerating the large-scale application of agents in both the digital and physical worlds.
