Chongqing has recently officially released the "Chongqing Action Plan for 'Artificial Intelligence Plus'," clearly proposing to take "AI-native" as the core orientation, systematically cultivating AI-driven consumer products, new services, and emerging business models, accelerating the construction of a full-stack AI terminal ecosystem covering personal, family, and commercial scenarios.

The plan focuses on six key directions, comprehensively promoting the deep integration of AI with hardware:

1. Upgrading Smart Terminal Devices

Support the development of AI phones and AI computers with multimodal interaction and deep intent understanding capabilities, breaking the traditional boundaries of human-computer interaction, enabling devices to shift from "passive response" to "active service."

2. Smart Home Appliance Ecosystem

Encourage the development of next-generation smart home appliances such as AI refrigerators, AI washing machines, and AI laundry care equipment. Through perception of user habits and automatic optimization of operational strategies, these appliances will evolve from "network-connected control" to "autonomous decision-making," creating a truly intelligent home environment.

3. Implementation of Embodied Intelligent Robots

Focus on high-frequency scenarios such as logistics delivery, mall guidance, and community services, promoting the commercialization of embodied intelligent robot solutions. Explore the new "Robot-as-a-Service" (RaaS) model, innovating product forms and operational mechanisms.

4. Breakthroughs in Smart Wearable Devices

Accelerate the development of AI glasses, AI watches, and AR/VR devices, integrating real-time environmental perception, voice interaction, and contextual computing capabilities, making wearable devices the physical carrier of personal AI assistants.

5. Exploration of AI-Native Business Models

Encourage companies to restructure product logic and service processes based on AI-native technologies, developing new business models that are "AI-first" rather than "AI-added," giving rise to emerging industries such as personalized health management, immersive retail guidance, and autonomous home maintenance.

6. Building an Industrial Ecosystem Collaboration

Through policy guidance, scenario openness, and standard setting, promote collaborative innovation among chip, algorithm, terminal, and application enterprises, forming a closed loop of "technology research and development—product deployment—scenario validation—mass promotion."
