On December 23, the research institution Quest Mobile released the "2025 Second Half AI Application Interaction Innovation and Ecosystem Implementation Report", which shows that among all AI-native apps in the market, the top four in terms of weekly active users are Doubao, DeepSeek, Yuanbao, and Ant Afu. Alibaba Qwen ranks fifth, and Lingguang, a general AI assistant launched by Ant Group in November, entered the top ten.

According to the Quest Mobile ranking, in the latest period (December 8 to December 14), among the top 10 AI apps by weekly active users, six are general AI apps and four are specialized AI apps for specific scenarios, forming a balanced situation between general and specialized AI. Among them, three applications from ByteDance made the list, and two from Ant Group. In terms of weekly active user scale, general AI currently has a significant leading advantage, with Doubao reaching 155 million weekly active users, while DeepSeek and Yuanbao reached 81.56 million and 20.84 million respectively.
In the specialized AI sector, the one with the largest user base is the AI health assistant "Ant Afu," whose weekly active users have exceeded 10 million. Public information shows that Afu released a new version of its app on December 15, upgrading three functions: health companionship, health Q&A, and health services, and announced its transformation from an AI tool to an AI friend. After the new version was upgraded, Afu's download volume surged, briefly reaching second place on the Apple App Store's free top chart.
