These agents can automatically answer common questions and improve departmental efficiency. For example, "Finance A Fu" can help employees handle reimbursement processes, while "IT Helpdesk A Fu" provides instant technical support for store staff.
In terms of enhancing customer experience, Chow Tai Fook Jewelry jointly launched an AR virtual try-on service with Huoshan Engine, allowing consumers to select their favorite jewelry styles on their phones for virtual try-ons, enjoying an immersive shopping experience. At the same time, the AI customer-facing intelligent sales assistant will provide personalized smart services for global e-commerce business, helping consumers make better shopping choices.
