Kunlun Tian Gong has officially launched its major desktop application "Tian Gong SkyWork Desktop (SkyWork Desktop)" to the world. The release of this product marks the evolution of AI Agents from "passive conversation" on web pages to "active collaboration" at the system level, providing global Windows users with a true "OS-level colleague" that can get work done.
Different from traditional AI assistants, SkyWork Desktop focuses on local execution, allowing users to process sensitive files without uploading them to the cloud. It can directly read and understand the vast amount of files on the local computer, whether documents, spreadsheets, PPTs, images, or videos, all can be categorized and tasks executed under a unified semantic context. This means that AI is no longer simply "waiting to be fed", but can deeply understand the context of the entire project and directly access the "last mile" of the office scenario.
To give users more autonomy, SkyWork Desktop introduces "model selection freedom" for the first time. It not only supports the Claude 4.5 series models, but also introduces Google's Gemini 3 Pro. In terms of security, SkyWork Desktop runs in a local virtual machine isolation environment, ensuring data "does not leave the premises," greatly reducing the risk of data leaks.
