Newly established artificial intelligence infrastructure company AZIO AI announced today that it has signed a final agreement to fully acquire the AI division of Azio Corp. This transaction marks the formal separation of AZIO AI from its parent company, and it will become an independent entity, taking over the AI infrastructure business, customer relationships, and related commercial activities of the former division.
As a long-established computer hardware and accessory supplier, Azio Corp has actively expanded into the AI infrastructure procurement field in the past year, leveraging its deep supply chain advantages. After the acquisition, all delivered customer orders and existing purchase contracts will be transferred to AZIO AI. This strategic adjustment aims to unify the management of computing infrastructure strategies and capital operations through a dedicated platform, enabling a more focused approach to meet the rapidly growing demand in the AI market.
The CEO of AZIO AI, Chris Young, stated that integrating both companies' customer resources will significantly enhance the company's revenue growth. Currently, the company is also advancing the signing of a major agreement with Envirotech Vehicles (EVTV). Although the agreement has been reached, the final completion still requires routine audit and due diligence procedures.
