On April 3, Tencent Cloud officially launched the "TencentDB Agent Memory" long-term memory service for agents, aiming to address the lack of long-term memory in AI frameworks such as OpenClaw. Developed by the Tencent Cloud database team, the core highlight of this service is the construction of a "four-layer progressive memory system" from original conversations to user profiles, achieving a deep transformation of fragmented conversations into structured facts, contextual cognition, and personalized profiles.

Technical evaluation shows that after accessing this service, the overall answer accuracy of OpenClaw on the PersonaMem test set increased from 48% to 76.10%, optimizing nearly 60% compared to the native memory performance. To address developers' pain points, Agent Memory is seamlessly integrated into products such as Tencent Cloud Lighthouse and ClawPro through plugins.
As AI agents evolve from single-task processing to long-term, cross-scenario complex collaboration, the underlying memory engine has become a standard component of agent infrastructure. By offering free plugins and building enterprise-level solutions, Tencent Cloud not only lowers the development threshold for high-performance agents but also provides necessary engineering support for the deep penetration of large models in industry-specific fields.
