Yaoke Media's AIGC fantasy mystery short drama "The Secret Story of the Qinling Bronze" officially launched today. The drama is starring the first batch of AI actors signed by Yaoke Media, "Qin Lingyue" and "Lin Xiyanyan". The story is set in the mysterious Qinling mining area, telling the story of retired intelligence officer Qin Yue leading a team deep into the core, uncovering a long-forgotten mine disaster and the blood sacrifice truth spanning two generations in the underground restricted area where scientific exploration and ancient witchcraft intersect.
As one of the first films in China supported independently by AI digital humans, the drama caused heated discussions in the industry during the preparation stage due to rumors that "AI actors were based on real people."
Regarding this, Yaoke Media clearly responded in an interview, stating that their AI actors were algorithmically generated strictly according to the personality and physical characteristics of the script roles, without deliberately imitating or referencing any real actors. The company emphasized that the introduction of AI actors aims to explore the upper limit of digital life's expressiveness in film and television creation, rather than a simple visual replacement.
