In the grand blueprint of building a digital China, central enterprises have once again demonstrated their strength as pioneers in technological innovation. On the afternoon of April 29th, during the 9th Digital China Construction Summit, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council officially announced ten digital technology achievements representing the current highest level of central enterprises. This not only showcases a concentrated display of technical capabilities but also marks a solid step forward in China's autonomous controllability in key areas.
The released achievements cover multiple strategic frontier fields such as industrial software, core electronic components, and artificial intelligence. Among them, "Xingchen Large Model" launched by China Telecom became the focus of attention at the event. According to the introduction, this model has achieved "full modality, full size, and fully domesticated," meaning that the entire technical chain, from the underlying architecture to the top-level application, is fully self-controlled, providing a fundamental guarantee for the security of China's large model technology.
Aside from the highly anticipated AI large model, another achievement with significant practical value is the "Port Digital Twin Intelligent Simulation Decision-making Platform." This platform builds a "twin world" that completely corresponds to the physical port through digital means, using intelligent algorithms for simulation experiments and decision support, greatly enhancing the foresight and scientific nature of port operations.
During the summit, relevant participants also jointly issued the "Digital Intelligence Empowering Future Industries: Innovation Leading Industrial Transformation" initiative. The initiative calls for gathering consensus and working together through the deep integration of digital technology and intelligentization to drive the high-quality development of future industries. The collective appearance of these ten achievements vividly portrays the new situation where central enterprises continue to make efforts in key "bottleneck" links, leading industrial upgrading through digital and intelligent transformation.
