According to "LatenPost," Moonshot Kimi recently announced a round of financing worth approximately $2 billion, and the post-money valuation has exceeded $20 billion. This round of financing was led by Meituan Longzhu, with participation from multiple institutions including China Mobile and CITIC Industry Fund. Longzhu's investment exceeded $200 million.

Since the beginning of this year, Moonshot has completed three rounds of financing consecutively, with a total amount reaching $1.9 billion. Adding this round of financing, the company has raised over $3.9 billion in less than six months, equivalent to about 37.6 billion yuan, making it a leader among domestic large model startups.

According to financial data, Moonshot Kimi's annual recurring revenue surpassed $100 million in early March, and by April, this figure had further increased to more than $200 million, showing significant growth in paid subscriptions and API calls.

In terms of technology, Moonshot recently released and open-sourced the Kimi K2.6 model. This model has been comprehensively upgraded in code writing, long-term task execution, and Agent cluster capabilities. Kimi K2.6 can support up to 300 sub-Agents running in parallel, executing about 4,000 collaborative steps, and completing end-to-end delivery from documents to web pages, PPTs, and tables.

Additionally, Kimi K2.6 has achieved industry-leading results in several authoritative benchmark tests, with performance comparable to mainstream closed-source models such as GPT-5.4, Claude Opus 4.6, and Gemini 3.1 Pro. Notably, Kimi K2.6 can continuously code for 13 hours, writing or modifying more than 4,000 lines of code, providing strong support for the development and optimization of complex systems.
