"Token Super Factory" provider Moxing Intelligence announced today the completion of a pre-A round financing of several hundred million RMB, led by Datai Capital, with joint investment from Shanghai Semiconductor Industry Investment Fund, Yongxing Materials, Bangsheng Capital, Yihet Capital, and other investors. Existing shareholder Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Venture Capital Fund continued to increase its investment. This is the third round of financing the company has completed in two years, and it was previously supported by Yunchu Capital and Lianxin Capital.

Founded in June 2024, Moxing Intelligence positions itself as a Token infrastructure provider for general artificial intelligence (AGI). Its core products are the "Token Super Factory" and super node computing cluster, which achieve high performance, high quality, and cost-effective Token supply through software and hardware collaboration optimization. Its Token business has already achieved commercial deployment and is delivering at scale to leading clients in multiple industries, with rapid business growth.

Investors generally believe that as model capabilities evolve and application scenarios explode, Token is transforming from an intermediate variable in the computing process into a key production factor across the AI industry chain. Ye Weigang pointed out that high-quality, large-scale Token supply will become an important variable in determining the speed of AGI deployment. Moxing Intelligence's capabilities in software deployment optimization and hardware system innovation are expected to connect the entire stack from underlying computing power to upper-level applications. Qu Liefeng further emphasized that Token is both the basic unit for model data processing and the core resource driving continuous evolution. The company's advantages in production efficiency and quality control have already begun to establish a competitive barrier.

Early investor Chen Yu stated that with the surge in demand for large model applications, the quantity and quality of Token supply have become a bottleneck, and the "Token Super Factory" model has already been validated in terms of large-scale delivery capability. Huang Bingxiu pointed out that Token is becoming a critical infrastructure for AI development and will have greater room for expansion in Hong Kong and overseas markets in the future.

In summary, this round of financing reflects the continued capital investment in the underlying resource layer of AI. In the context of the collaborative evolution of computing power, models, and applications, the strategic position of Token as "production material" is rising, and related infrastructure companies are expected to become key players in the next stage of competition.
