At the 2026 Alibaba Cloud Summit today, Alibaba officially launched a 128-card ultra-node server based on Tengyun's new generation AI chip "Zhenwu M890". The server is equipped with Tengyun's self-developed ICN Switch1.0 interconnection chip, achieving ultra-low communication latency at the nanosecond level between chips.
Through an innovative ultra-node architecture, the system successfully integrates 128 AI chips into a high-efficiency collaborative supercomputer. This ultra-node server is designed to address the extreme computing power challenges brought by the Agentic (agent) era, and will focus on serving core business scenarios such as massive Agent concurrent inference and large model training in the future.
