On June 3, KFC joined the Qwen APP as a third-party Skill, becoming the first catering brand to integrate with Qwen. Currently, users can complete AI ordering, placing orders, payment, and pick-up at any location through the Qwen APP for more than 13,000 stores nationwide.

Now, users just need to say to Qwen, "I have 10 minutes to reach Guangzhou East Station, please order a spicy chicken leg burger from a nearby KFC for me, I will pick it up later," and Qwen can understand user needs, recommend the most suitable store, match personalized meals, and display the distance to the store and pickup time, making the process of ordering and picking up food easier.

In addition to store and product information, Qwen has also integrated with KFC membership benefits, allowing users to automatically use the Super Card and various coupons that match their meal when placing an order.

Furthermore, KFC is currently testing Agent services with Qwen. Leveraging the characteristics of Agent, such as proactive planning and tool calling, in the future, it will provide users with more proactive and personalized services, such as reservation ordering and meal planning.
