Recently, the health-related AI application "Ant Afu" has made a major upgrade to its "Scan Skin" feature, offering users a more professional and reassuring consultation experience. After this update, the AI's ability to identify skin conditions has increased from 50 to more than 100 types, covering nearly 99% of common skin issues encountered in online medical consultations.
In addition to technological improvements, the app has introduced an innovative service called "Doctor Review." After using the AI to get an initial analysis, users who still have concerns can invite a specialist doctor from a top-tier hospital across the country to review the results and provide more targeted medical advice.
According to reports, this "AI Q&A + Doctor Review" collaboration model is the first of its kind in the industry. During the current pilot phase, the service is offered free of charge for a limited time and is only available for skin-related consultations. Data shows that about 15% of users have actively chosen this doctor review service, and the consistency between the AI's initial analysis and the doctors' professional opinions exceeds 90%.
Industry experts point out that the potential of AI in the field of skin health is significant. This new human-machine collaboration model not only greatly improves the efficiency of initial screening but also provides a practical path for the deep integration of AI and medical expertise, making technology a powerful tool to alleviate the imbalance in the distribution of medical resources.
