Recently, renowned science fiction writer and Hugo Award winner Hao Jingfang revealed in an interview with the media that the proportion of content written by artificial intelligence in her latest children's science fiction novel series "Galaxy Academy," published this year, has already reached 50%. This public statement immediately caused a huge stir online and quickly spread across various social platforms.
Interestingly, Hao Jingfang also mentioned that the publisher's editors had previously praised the quality of the book, even repeatedly complimenting her on how well she wrote this year. At the same time, she also admitted that after the book was released in the market, ordinary readers could hardly tell which parts were written by AI.

The Internet Went Into Chaos
After the news was reported by the media, the related topic quickly climbed to the top of Weibo's hot search list, attracting widespread attention from all sectors of society. The public had varying reactions, and the online public opinion instantly showed a polarized situation.
Many netizens who opposed the idea expressed disappointment, believing that such excessive reliance on technology meant that writers had "abandoned their pens." However, many supporters held completely different views, arguing that it was a major step forward for the industry for writers to openly admit using AI-assisted creation.
Not the First Attempt at Technological Creation
In fact, as a Ph.D. in Economics from Tsinghua University and the founder of Tongxing Academy, Hao Jingfang has always been actively embracing technology. In 2016, she won the 74th World Science Fiction Hugo Award with her highly acclaimed work "Beijing Folding."
