On July 21, according to Caijing, Alibaba plans to launch the "Qwen Office" product and has completed the integration of three intelligent agent (Agent) products under its portfolio: QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun. This product will become an important move by Alibaba in the Agent office market, responsible for driving the practical application of AI in enterprise office scenarios.
It is understood that Qwen Office is led by Chen Yusen, the new CEO of DingTalk. In June, Chen Hang, the founder and former CEO of DingTalk, stepped down, and Chen Yusen took over the relevant business. At the beginning of July, Alibaba assigned the three Agent products to Chen Yusen for unified management and integration, accelerating the collaboration of the office intelligent agent business.
From a product planning perspective, Qwen Office will be built upon QoderWork as its core foundation. Industry insiders stated that QoderWork is currently one of the largest user-scale and better-received intelligent agent products under Alibaba; in comparison, Wukong has been in the product improvement stage for a long time, and MuleRun was mainly aimed at overseas markets previously. Therefore, this integration will take QoderWork as the main platform for implementation.
As large model technology rapidly enters the office field, AI office agents are becoming a new area of competition among internet and tech companies. Compared with traditional office software, Agent products can complete complex tasks such as document processing, information organization, and workflow automation by understanding user needs, independently performing tasks, and calling tools.
Alibaba's integration of multiple intelligent agent products signifies its further concentration of resources to build a unified AI office entry point. In the future, whether Qwen Office can form a differentiated competition based on Alibaba Cloud, DingTalk, and the Qwen large model ecosystem will be a key point in its enterprise-level AI application market.
