CodeBuddy and WorkBuddy officially announced that the limited-time free trial of the Hy3 model has been extended to August 31, 2026. Due to the enthusiastic user feedback, the official decided to continue offering free access to the model, providing users with more opportunities to test the model's capabilities.
According to the introduction, Hy3 is a large language model that currently focuses on text-based tasks and does not have multimodal capabilities. When users use CodeBuddy or WorkBuddy to call Hy3 for tasks such as video or image generation, the system will automatically switch to the corresponding multimodal model and consume points according to normal rules.
The official stated that due to the rapid increase in the number of participants in the free trial activity, to ensure user experience, the platform has reasonably allocated daily free call quotas. During peak times, users may be placed in a queue, and the page will indicate when the quota will be restored. According to the official recommendation, resources are relatively abundant between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day, and users can choose to experience during off-peak hours.
This extension of the Hy3 free trial further expands the testing scope of the model's capabilities for users.
