Maimai Report: The Average Monthly Salary for New AI Positions in January-July This Year is 63,160 Yuan, with a Near 8-Fold Increase in Position Quantity

The report released by Maimai GaoPin Talent Intelligence Hub shows that from January to July 2026, the number of new AI positions launched in the new economy industry on the Maimai platform increased by 789.47% year-on-year. The average monthly salary for newly launched AI positions reached 63,160 yuan, an increase of 2.74% compared to 61,474 yuan in the same period last year.

Looking at the expansion speed, the position volume for FDE/On-site Deployment Engineer increased by 1522.73% year-on-year, ranking first among AI technical positions. Among non-technical positions, the position volume for AI Product Manager increased by 120.54% year-on-year, also ranking first.
