AI audio company ElevenLabs announced on November 5, 2026, that it will officially allow users to publish AI-generated music created through its ElevenMusic platform directly to SoundCloud. As part of the partnership, ElevenLabs is providing SoundCloud Artist Pro users with three months of ElevenMusic Pro service support. Benefits include generating up to 1,000 songs per month, 500 stem splits, and 5 custom styles or vocals.

AI painting: guitar, music, performance

ElevenLabs has continued to advance product iterations since releasing its music generation model in 2025. After launching a consumer-facing prompt-based song generation app in April 2026, it released an upgraded music model one month later that supports dynamic style switching and complex vocal processing. Users have now created more than 25 million songs in total.

SoundCloud has also recently been actively expanding its AI ecosystem, having previously partnered with tools such as Moises, Google Flow Music, and Hook. This deeper integration marks that mainstream music platforms are further opening up the publishing pipeline for AI-generated content.

Currently, major mainstream streaming platforms show divergent attitudes toward AI music: some platforms actively embrace ecosystem integration, while others such as Deezer and Bandcamp have adopted filtering or banning measures. Industry analysts believe that as model generation capabilities mature, AI music is accelerating its penetration across the entire creation and distribution chain, and platform compliance and ecosystem access will become key factors affecting its commercialization process.
