MIXI Company announced a collaboration with OpenAI, successfully deploying ChatGPT Enterprise within just 45 days. This initiative has significantly improved internal communication and work efficiency, allowing more than 1,000 employees to widely use this advanced AI tool.

MIXI is a Japanese company known for the mobile game "MONSTER STRIKE" and the family photo sharing app FamilyAlbum. The company's mission is "enriching communication and inspiring joyful moments," and therefore, it aims to continuously innovate through AI technology to meet user needs. In its collaboration with OpenAI, MIXI hopes to create a more efficient working environment.

During the deployment process, the MIXI team worked closely with OpenAI's customer success team to address issues related to data security and usage policies. Tatsuma Murase, a director and senior executive at MIXI, stated that establishing a secure and unified environment was very important, so employees could confidently use AI tools. With ChatGPT Enterprise, employees can easily share knowledge and improve work efficiency.

After going live, MIXI launched three important training programs aimed at helping employees better use ChatGPT. These programs include real-time training for all employees, generative AI onboarding training for new employees, and Hackathon events for engineers. Through these trainings, employees quickly mastered AI application techniques and improved overall work efficiency.

FamilyAlbum is one of the most popular apps under MIXI, designed to help parents and relatives share photos and videos of their children. The app has over 25 million users in 175 countries. The FamilyAlbum team used GPT technology to optimize advertising creativity, increasing brand awareness and reducing work hours by approximately 28 hours.

At the same time, MIXI's investment department also improved its investment evaluation and monitoring processes using ChatGPT. The team developed a dedicated GPT called "Venture Capital Initial Screening Support," which can quickly organize and evaluate investment proposals. This tool has reduced review time from 1 to 2 hours to just 5 to 10 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency.

Since deploying ChatGPT Enterprise, more than 80% of MIXI's employees have become active users and created over 1,600 GPTs. Mr. Murase pointed out that the working time for certain projects has been reduced by more than 90%. Employees can now independently develop tools, enhancing the company's overall innovation capability. MIXI stated that it will continue to use OpenAI's products to create more meaningful communication experiences for users.
