On September 7, the Tongyi Open Platform announced the addition of more than 10 intelligent agents in the financial services category, covering areas such as stock investment, funds, futures, and insurance. Users can directly @ the relevant service in Tongyi chat or click on the "dot indicator" in the top right corner of the homepage to access the corresponding intelligent agent and call professional AI services provided by different financial institutions.
The newly launched intelligent agents each have their own focus. The Industrial Securities Intelligent Investment Assistant can sort out the performance of key A-share sectors on the day, along with the underlying industry, policy, or funding logic, combining market information and institutional research perspectives; the Jiufang Lingxi Intelligent Investment Assistant refers to investment logic such as Buffett's "pricing power and moat," providing analysis references for long-term technology stock investment portfolios from the perspective of company fundamentals and long-term value; for scenarios such as insuring with pre-existing conditions, the Zhong'an Insurance Intelligent Agent can compare the underwriting requirements of multiple products based on the user's health condition and screen out product solutions that can be normally insured.
So far, the ecological reach of the Tongyi Open Platform has extended to more than a dozen fields including logistics transportation, real estate living, local life, and car travel, with finance becoming one of the key directions for expanding the intelligent agent lineup. From "searching for answers" to "handling matters," manufacturers are encapsulating professional service capabilities into conversation interfaces, and the competition in AI applications is shifting from general conversation to deep implementation in industry scenarios.
