PublicA lightweight cross-platform Text-To-Speech application which works on Android native TTS and uses PiperTTS on desktop environment. The app looks like a simple chatbot made on kivy & kivymd which are based on Python. This app can also work Offline depending on the selected models. We will also include Speech-To-Text feature soon.
