ElevenLabs, a leading company in voice AI, officially launched the iOS app ElevenMusic on April 1st, marking its official entry into the AI music creation and social discovery field, directly competing with platforms such as Suno and Udio.

As a core component of its audio ecosystem strategy, ElevenMusic allows users to generate customized music through natural language prompts, and supports adjusting track length, lyric toggles, and art styles. In addition to the creation features, the app deeply integrates streaming social attributes, offering real-time radio, preset albums, and curated playlists based on emotional dimensions, along with charts and remixing features. Currently, the app uses a "free + subscription" model: free users can create 7 works per day, while the professional plan at $9.99 per month provides a monthly creation limit of 500 tracks and 500GB storage space.

This product launch reflects ElevenLabs' strategic intent to resist the risk of audio model commoditization and build a diversified media matrix. Since completing its C-round financing with an evaluation of $11 billion in February this year, the company is accelerating its transformation from a single voice model to a full-stack creative platform. Based on the commercial safe music model it launched in August last year, ElevenLabs has launched a comprehensive campaign in areas such as ad generation, voice acting, video production, and copyright distribution. The launch of ElevenMusic not only strengthens its engagement with end-users but also attempts to reshape the creator economy in the generative music market by recruiting consumer marketers and potential royalty incentive mechanisms.
