Tencent Cloud officially announced today the launch of its self-developed AI design intelligent platform, Ardot, for public testing. The official positioned this new tool as an "AI-driven product, design, and research collaboration platform," aiming to break down communication barriers between product, design, and development teams.

The platform's biggest highlight is its support for the "one-sentence generation of editable design drafts" feature. Whether it's an App page, a website, a poster, or a PPT, the AI can quickly generate designs based on instructions. This greatly simplifies the initial visual concept process and improves design efficiency.

Supports Team Component Library, Seamless Compatibility with Major Design Tools

To meet the standardization needs of enterprise users, Ardot allows the use of the team's own business component library. This means that every design draft generated by the AI can automatically comply with the company's internal visual standards and design specifications.

In addition, the platform has strong compatibility and supports direct import of Figma files. During the import process, Ardot can fully retain the original file's layout, styles, and component data, ensuring that designers can seamlessly switch workflows.

Connects the Entire Development Process, Multi-Device Collaboration with Real-Time Annotation

In backend development, Ardot demonstrates a high level of code-friendliness, achieving "design-to-code in one click." Design detail data can be directly imported into CodeBuddy for code restoration, and it also supports mainstream integrated development environments such as Cursor.

To enhance the team collaboration experience, the platform supports real-time online comments, annotations, and feedback, as well as version comparison. It is reported that the WeChat mini program version of Ardot is already in the final stage of going live and will provide a more convenient mobile collaboration experience in the future.
