On the evening of July 13, StepZen held the "StepZen Terminal Brand and Next-Generation Agent Strategy Launch Conference," officially revealing its latest layout in the field of artificial intelligence terminals. The core highlights of this launch include three innovative achievements: the native agent operating system Step AOS, the large model-native AI terminal brand STEPX, and its first smartphone product STEPX Neo.

As the core of this release, the Step AOS system is a native operating system specifically designed for agents. It has undergone deep restructuring in hardware scheduling and system capability allocation, aiming to provide stronger stability and high-performance support. This system focuses on three key capabilities:

Firstly, memory capability. Step AOS introduces a dual-domain three-step memory structure, which not only allows the agent to deeply understand and remember user preferences but also enables its experience to self-iterate through the agent domain, offering a personalized experience where "the more you use it, the more it understands you."

Secondly, decision-making and execution capability. Through the edge-cloud multi-brain system, the system can dynamically judge based on the complexity of the task: quickly respond to simple tasks, and activate deep thinking for complex ones. The hierarchical linkage mechanism dynamically allocates models based on factors such as cost and speed, and achieves capability migration when necessary.

Finally, the security system. StepZen has built a four-dimensional security loop, including trusted execution, operation audit, controllable permissions, and one-click undo for accidental operations, ensuring that user data always remains within a secure boundary and that the operation process is transparent and traceable.

Combined with the new NUI natural interaction interface, users no longer need to perform complicated step-by-step instructions; they just need to express their intent, and the agent can complete the subsequent process autonomously. The built-in agent partner "StepAmoo" will become a smarter personal assistant by perceiving the environment and learning habits.

At the same time, the large model-native AI terminal brand STEPX and its first smartphone product STEPX Neo were also launched. This model features a unique rear horizontal dual camera and secondary screen design, representing not only a hardware innovation but also the first carrier of StepZen's deep integration of "model, software, and hardware."

StepZen has already reached cooperation with dozens of ecosystem partners such as WPS, Meituan, Didi, and Gaode. Although the specific parameters of the STEPX Neo are not yet fully revealed, the official stated that they will launch the "STEPX Imagination Plan" later, handing over the definition rights of the terminal to users and exploring more AI experiences tailored to real-life scenarios.
