Leading domestic large model company Moonshot AI is accelerating its capitalization process. According to LatePost, Moonshot AI has formally submitted A1 listing application documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in a confidential manner this week, fully launching the Hong Kong IPO process. Regarding this major market news, Moonshot AI's official response is "no comment, no information to disclose." It is understood that the A1 document is the formal application form submitted by a company when applying for a listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

At the same time that it has initiated the Hong Kong IPO process, Moonshot AI is also advancing a new round of financing. Reports say that the company is currently conducting a new round of financing with a pre-money valuation of 50 billion US dollars (approximately 336.846 billion Chinese yuan). This is likely to be its last round of financing before the IPO. In July of this year, Moonshot AI just completed a Series F funding round of over 3.5 billion US dollars (approximately 23.579 billion Chinese yuan), at which time the post-money valuation had reached 35 billion US dollars (approximately 235.792 billion Chinese yuan). Due to strong market demand, the amount exceeded the original target by more than three times, and the funding round was subsequently closed ahead of schedule.

Previously, there were rumors that Moonshot AI planned to submit a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange within August and plan to raise about 3 billion US dollars. At that time, the company responded to the rumor by stating that "the information is false." With the recent release of the confidential filing news, the capitalization process of this AI unicorn has once again become the focus of industry attention.
